Due to the pandemic it has put prices of shipping and supplies for what I need to do the eyelash services. So due to these unfortunate turn of events, I have had to put the service price up a little as well.

I would look like to thank all my customers for all the support and hope you all understand my reasoning.

BOOKING POLICY

To secure a booking we ask for a $ 40 deposit. After payment please send a screenshot of transaction detail .
This deposit will be deduct from your eyelashes payment .

- CANCELLATION / NO SHOWING policy

Cancellation notice need to given 48hours .
Less than 48 hours notice will redeem a your deposit of $40. (Non-refundable Deposit).

Doing a ‘no-show’ (not showing up to an appointment) will redeem a your deposit of $ 40 . (Non-refundable Deposit )

Unfortunately, we cannot waive these fees due to unforeseen circumstances such as cars breaking down, personal family reasons, health issues, or anything
else – it’s non-negotiable .

- LATE POLICY

Please check your travel and be on time.
After 10minutes late your booking will be automatically cancelled as no show.
If you are running late to an appointment we ask that you call us to let us know .
