**Job Description:**
As a Pizza Chef at ZuccaroTrattoria, you will be responsible for creating high-quality pizzas that meet our exacting standards. You will work in a fast-paced environment where attention to detail and a passion for cooking are essential.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare and cook pizzas according to established recipes and specifications.
Ensure all ingredients are fresh, properly stored, and prepared.
Maintain a clean and organized kitchen area, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
Monitor and manage stock levels of pizza ingredients, ensuring timely ordering and minimizing waste.
Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operation and consistent quality.
Experiment with and develop new pizza recipes to keep the menu exciting and fresh.
Interact with customers when necessary, providing excellent service and addressing any feedback or concerns.
Maintain kitchen equipment and report any issues to management for timely repairs.

Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Pizza Chef or similar role.
Excellent understanding of pizza-making techniques and ingredients.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Culinary school diploma or equivalent experience preferred.
