Mala beads or meditation beads are the BEST if you are a fidgety person and find sitting still for meditation is hard. Because, it is HARD! Most of us don’t immediately find calm by sitting still. In fact, it can be quite the opposite. 🙋♀️Tight shoulders? Try these yoga strap stretches that are perfect for increasing shoulder mobility and relieving shoulder and upper back stiffness! My favourite pose of all time (excepting Shavasana!) is Downward Facing Dog! I love how it stretches out the back of my body including the hamstrings, spine & shoulders all at once. Being an inversion it also changes my perspective on things and reminds me I am strong at least once a day 🤣. This is part of a sequence I like to do that works my core flowing in and out but I’m just as happy holding it or going between downward dog and upward dog.
