Today I received a beautiful hamper from a client in Queensland who I’ve been working with alongside Webb Project Services, to get their new Management System online in time for their Quality Audit.

You tend to get to know all your clients quite well when working on big projects and I’m touched at their thoughtful gesture and thrilled they are happy with my assistance. It definitely brightens the working day!

Nancy's Interiors is live!

This is my very first e-commerce site and was also created for some special clients, so going live was particularly exciting.

The clients had a solid vision of how they wanted the site to look and I think the result is something beautifully clean, elegant and easy to navigate.

Nancy's Interiors offers a beautiful range of furniture and homewares (which we will be continuing to add to over the next few weeks), but their range is finally available for purchase (for lucky UK residents only)!

We're also in the early stages of planning their very own Nancy's Interiors app to enhance the mobile shopping experience.

This has been such a great project to work on!

I've been working on project for some time now, which has been a labour of love.

It's a very exciting e-commerce project for a fantastic UK based online furniture and homewares store called Nancy's Interiors and we are busy putting together the final touches to the site for a February launch!

It's not often I get to share the work I do as a lot of it is internal company documentation, however after creating some email signatures and marketing collateral for RemX Australia, I was invited to revamp their website, which went live last week!

With a fresh and clean new look, we also improved their search results thanks to some search engine optimisation.

It's been radio silence on my page for quite a while as I have been busy working on lots of projects.

A recent project that I am able to share is some new menus for a fantastic family owned cafe called Lemongrass Harvey who have recently updated their menu offerings and wanted a fresh new menu design to go with it.

A cute little business card done for my niece's new catering business today called Sweet Maybeline. If you live in and around the Harvey area and need some sweet treats, give her a call! You may have already visited her at her little cafe Billy's Cafe Harvey.

The card is especially meaningful as the 'May' graphic was initially a pencil drawing done by her talented little sister which May loves so much, she asked for it to be recreated as a vector image for her cards. ❤️

Ahhh, the school holidays. The big three are elsewhere in the house wreaking destruction (I don’t want to know) whilst my tiny dude wanted to nap near me while I complete some pre-Christmas jobs. ❤️

Making full use of spare time in between projects for Essential Personnel while the hubby has a couple of days ‘off’.

We got our boys’ bedroom sorted this time amongst other busy work sprucing up the house for Christmas and summer. No rest for the wicked!

We have a pair of dinosaur fans and love the dino and the girls’ room wallpaper which we got online from Wallpaper Direct. Great site!

(Yes, that large plastered spot is where they boys’ had gotten handsey and peeled off their paint 🤦🏼‍♀️).

I don’t know about you, but creating fresh new spaces does wonders for my mental health.

This was a weekend project updating our girls’ room now that they are getting older, and have a real distaste for anything overtly girly, especially pink!

I love making things look good, and it doesn’t matter what the medium is, I love the satisfaction I get from creating something with my own hands either getting dirty with paint, or seeing an idea come to life on a computer screen.

There’s so much choice when it comes to colour, texture and shape and the combinations we choose say so much without even saying a word, which is vitally important for businesses where first impressions are critical.

Small business especially are so busy doing the work they don’t have time or resources for the ‘behind the scenes’ activities. Jennie Wren can help you realise your business aesthetic, no job is too small!

I’m getting ready to start a two week project next week, so in the meantime I’ve had some fun creating these cute little birthday invitations and matching envelopes for my eldest son’s ‘pizza pool party’. 🥰
