BLUE MIST BBQ, had a great Sunday afternoon at Collector of Souls enjoying some local brewed beers, great food and beer garden entertainment with Soulstice. Highly recommend getting down to this venue with friends and family.

BLUE MIST BBQ gave it everything at Swan Settlers Market BBQ competition sanctioned by KCBS Australia last weekend.
It was a great weekend catching up with our BBQ family, who are a very special group of people.
We will keep pushing to do the best we can and hopefully start bringing some trophies home.

Well all I can say is don’t leave your best knives at your mates house when you have a brisket to trim for a customers lunch. 🙄🙄

Well BLUE MIST BBQ caught up with our BBQ family at the KCBS Australia master series held at Swan Settlers Market last weekend.
We came 2nd in the ancillary event “Sweet Pie” to our much loved Aussie TongMasters and finished middle of the field with our 4 proteins, so no trophies to take home this time. A little less Honey too 😆.
A huge thanks to BBQS of the World for providing our sauces and rubs, also thanks to The Corner Butcher for some great quality meat.
I am so thankful to Michael for his commitment to BBQ and delivery one of the best cooks we have done together. Also to our family for their help with Tips for Treats.
BLUE MIST BBQ competed at the Swan Settlers Market - Smokin in the Valley May ‘24 last weekend and what a great weekend it was. Good to see so many regular teams and new teams getting involved to help fundraise of Lifeline.
Huge thanks to BBQS of the World for providing our Rubs, Sauces and FYRO Premium Charcoal to complement some great meats from Tenderwest Meats and The Corner Butcher.
We came 5th overall from a field of 14 teams. No trophies to take home this time but we won enough Honey to start brewing mead to drink at the next event. 😂

Hey guys, BLUE MIST BBQhad a great time at Mrs'Sippy BBQ competing in the KCBS Australia sanctioned one meat competition. It was really good to catch up with all our friends in the American BBQ community, plus see some new teams competing.
Big congratulations to Cumbia BBQ Pit Bull Smokers Aussie TongMasters Chat in a Meating and D&D BBQ for taking trophies home for all their hard work.
BLUE MIST BBQ enjoyed the ancillary Burger event and was happy to take 3rd place with some other tasty options on the menu.

We all at APC had Ice Cream from Lady Bee Ice Cream for lunch. What great professional team that I can highly recommend for your next big event. They served 60 people in 30 minutes.

BLUE MIST BBQ competed at the Weemala American BBQ competition this weekend which is a great weekend that you need to add to the calendar. Mondo Community Warriors fund raising event for Lifeline has everything for the family to enjoy with all the money going to a great cause.
BLUE MIST BBQ missed Michael Johnson as he needed to work but Mal stepped up to help out. We placed 2nd in Chicken and got a call up for 4th in Pork Ribs, sorry no photos of the Ribs.

A good time was had by all and a huge thanks to Glenn and Jules for having us.

Another Sunday which allows me to make my Wife and Daughter Breakfast in bed. Fresh guacamole, scrambled eggs with bacon and cheese, and hot coffee. Living the dream ❤️❤️
BLUE MIST BBQ competed at Smoking in the Valley this weekend.
We had a shuffle of the team this weekend as Michael did the prep work on Saturday, then flew out Sunday for work and My beautiful wife Venessa did a great job with the final cook and presentation on Sunday. BLUE MIST BBQ came 4th Chicken, 4th Ribs, 9th Pork and 3rd Brisket with a 4th Overall score for the day.

So BLUE MIST BBQ joined Montebello Island Safari for a 1 week fishing trip. A great time was had by all and plenty of laughs while trying to pull up some monsters of the deep.
Montebello is a beautiful part of the world and I highly recommend the visit.

We couldn’t have achieved such a great result without the help and support from BBQS of the World. All our flavours were supplied by Doug and we highly recommend getting in contact with him, for anything you need for BBQ.

Lastly I would like to thank my best mate Michael. We have been best of friends for over 40 years and I look forward to many more laughs and good time cooking competition BBQ’s with you.
BLUE MIST BBQ had the privilege to cook for Neil’s 50th birthday party.
Stone Axe Wagyu provided some fantastic 8-9+ Wagyu briskets cooked over FYRO Premium Charcoal that were a real crowd pleaser. Fantastic marbling.
We also provided some jalapeño poppers, Garlic prawns, Chicken wings, mozzarella meat balls, Pork ribs and more.
