Total sales this week increased by 2.3% with houses increasing by 2.4% and land dominating with a rise of 39.4% unit sales fell away some 15% this week. Sales in Fremantle hit number one for the South this week with a large amount of pre selling occurring. Listings have continued to increase currently sitting at 8,637 for the week showing an increase of 2.5% from last week. Houses dominated with a 3.5% increase followed by units sitting at 1522 (+1.7%)
