JUNIOR SWIMMER LOOKAHEAD and reminder of training dates surrounding the Junior State Championships.

• The final training session for all junior swimmers, prior to the State Championships, will be the PM session on Thursday, 29 August 2024.
• Junior State Championships take place Saturday, 31 August & Sunday, 1 September 2024.
• All junior swimmers will then take a well earned and deserved, week-long break from 2-7 September 2024.
• All junior swimmers return to the pool from Monday PM, 9 September 2024.

CIARA CONROY secured some incredible breaststroke records earlier this year and as they have now been officially updated on the SWA website, we are thrilled to share them here with you all. During the 2024 SWA National Prep Meet 2 on 17 March, Ciara set new records in multiple categories for both the 50m and 100m Breaststroke for a 14yo Girl. This is an incredible achievement and we are so proud of you Ciara. Keep up the great work. Well done.

SSSC at the Breakers Big Splash saw 34 of our swimmers race at HBF Stadium on Saturday the 22nd of June with a huge number of personal best and State Qualifying times achieved as well as an incredible haul of medals. Well done team. Go South Shore!
