Tonight at 6 pm, Nicola invites you to explore this gentle art in Slow Flow. Moving mindfully, we open space to notice each breath, each sensation, and experience the beauty of being present.

Through the wisdom of yogic philosophy, we discover that slowing down is a gift of self-awareness and balance. The principle of ahimsa (non-harm) encourages us to be gentle, meeting ourselves where we are without judgment. And through pratyahara (sense withdrawal), we can draw our awareness inward, stepping away from distractions and into a sense of quiet within.
