Just letting you know that we are wrapping up Ray’s Satay this year . In everything there must be a season, a time to come and a time to go. I would like to take this opportunity to say a very big thank you for all your support for the past years. Goodbyes are not forever, are not the end, it simply means I’ll miss you until we meet again. Words cannot express how grateful I am for all your support, I am so incredibly lucky to have all of you in my journey.
Shoutout to Iain Lawless for always being there for me .. you are the BEST ! Cathy and her girls from for the warmth and love and Brendan who’s who’s always willing to share and always supportive ! Leigh from who’s always there to guide me in the kitchen when we first started ! Steve from for your good chats and help ! I’ve always wanted to do this for a very long time - Beef Cheek Rendang 🥩and Rendang 🍔 . So, when we started running pop-up and have it on our menu, response was really overwhelming. Thank you everyone for your support!!!
