With Spring starting TOMORROW!🌸🌼 Here are some tips to help you manage your hay fever:

☀️ Monitor pollen forecasts daily and stay indoors wherever possible when the count is high.
☀️ Face masks can be used to reduce exposure to allergens, particularly when outdoors.
☀️ Applying an ointment around the edge of each nostril or using a gel nasal spray can act as a barrier to trap pollens.
☀️ If your eyes are irritated, choose hypo-allergenic eye make-up, especially mascara.

This month, we chose Maryam (left), our intern and Mary (right), our senior pharmacy assistant to pick their favourite products in store! 💜
