We just want to say a huge thank you for all the wonderful support from all the generosity through gofundme, personal msgs and the outpouring of love for us, our little team and our home away from home, our little cafe. Thank you so much. Although it looks like nothing has happened in the way of rebuilding, it’s a huge relief to say that things are in full swing in the background and it’ll only be a matter of time until we’re back!
In the meantime a very special cafe owned by the lovely Jo and Ronald, just up the road Cafe Mojo Mundaring have kindly opened the doors to Lesley and if you haven’t hear of it, you need to check it out, it’s amazing!! They’ve been supportive in a way that we couldn’t have imagined and we’re incredibly grateful of it. So please check them out 🤖❤️

Hi guys
Just to give you a little update 👍 It’s day 6 and well as you can see, we’re making inroads and pathways moving forward. Today was the day that finally it felt like things are moving and we’re progressing after we got the insurance assessor yesterday to check the damage of the cafe.
All the robots have been taken away and the “deep clean” process awaits them.
It goes without saying that we are just unbelievably blown away by everyone’s thoughts, well wishes and incredible generosity. Thank you so very much. Although there’s still no power, it’s not stopping me from working on it day and night. Robot Bun Factory 2.0 is slowly forming.🤖

I’ve been trying to find the words that would convey what has happened, and the one single word that keeps coming up in my head is help. The statement is true, you don’t know what you’ve got until it’s gone and well, we desperately need your help.
At this stage we’re not sure when we’ll be able to return, so we need your help (if possible) in any contacts that you may have in helping secure employment for our incredibly talented team. It goes without saying that there is just no way we’d be able to have done it without them. In no special order a huge thank you goes out to Mae, Ben, Tess, Jean, Debbie, Laica, Penny, Mark, Anita, Amy, Annalise, Serenity and Janet, these are the beautiful names of the most incredible people that have propped Les and I up on a daily basis and have helped in more ways than they’ll ever know. It goes without saying that we are indebted to you and will do everything we can to secure somewhere special asap. So from Lesley and I again, Thank you.

We can’t thank our community enough and over these eight years all of the heart felt support, understanding and allowing us to be a part of your lives. So, humbly and it’s hard to say this, but we are asking for any financial help you can provide. Never thought, we would be in this situation that we’ve found ourselves, and yet here I am writing these words of help. I can’t wait until that day that brings us forward on the other side of all of this and I am humbly able to serve you again and it’s in that hope that will give us the fight and energy we need to get through this. I really can’t wait for this day to come.

Early this morning we were woken up to the news of our lovely neighbour Adeal that owns the shop next door to us experienced a fire, causing damage to our little cafe.

In light of some recent reviews we’ve been made aware that things need to change and although we always try to do our very best, sometimes we fall short of that. It goes without saying that good reviews are always appreciated to read and are thankfully received. Truly reading that our little robot world that we’ve created people love, really does warm the heart, but it’s the not so good reviews that we need to use as an example to strive to do better.
We would like to take this opportunity to sincerely thank anyone that has walked into our little robot world and if you haven’t had the experience you were hoping for, know that we will do our utmost to not have that reflect again.

Just to let you know that with adding thursday’s evening service every week, it means that the kitchen is open all day! And more than that, we’re extending our happy hour from 2pm to 5pm! Unfortunately, we experienced a fire at the back entrance to our cafe. Thankfully no internal damage was caused, as the fire was quickly contained.
A huge thank you goes out to dfes and the police for all the help. We are aiming to be reopen for Tuesday, but at this stage things are a little unsure. We’ll make sure to have an update tomorrow.
Apologies for the inconvenience this will cause. We’ll be open sooner than you can say Robot bun factory!

Hey guys

It’s official! We’re very excited to say that we’ll  be opening the cafe for dinner, from this Thursday onwards (every Thursday only).

On Thursdays, the cafe will be open from 6am to 8:30pm, kitchen will be open from 6:30am to 8pm! And we’ll have a little happy hour from 2pm-5pm.

The whole reason why we’re doing this is to showcase what our little robot world looks like at night and we can’t wait for people to experience it!!
