Strong and moderately caffeinated, the traditional English Breakfast blend is designed to give a decent boost in the morning while standing up to a traditional, hearty English breakfast. 

Although its origins are vague, it is thought that English Breakfast emerged in the late 19th century, a time when tea clippers were racing across ocean trade routes and tea-drinking was becoming more popular. 

One such theory from 1892 is that a Scottish tea master called Drysdale decided that tea-drinkers needed a stronger brew and marketed his new blend as ideal for breakfast time (rather than just for the afternoon), calling it "Breakfast tea"!

Our English Breakfast is sourced from the fertile soils of Sri Lanka.

With a strong appreciation of Australia's Indigenous flavours, James has included our Ground Cinnamon Myrtle in his classic twist on the humble apple sauce which paired with this succulent pork tomahawk cooked over a flaming grill

Simply cook down apples, muscovado sugar, habaneros, verjuice, butter, (a little booze - in this case it was gin), and a good sprinkle of Cinnamon Myrtle.

Cooking with White Kunzea is a fantastic addition to game meats, classic roasts and even bread baking. 

Australian Native Kunzea shrubs are found growing in the coastal areas of Tasmania and Eastern Australia.

Its leaves have a robust flavour akin to rosemary, with aromatics of citrus and eucalypt. which are further enhanced during cooking.

Native Jilungin, known for its calming, relaxing & sleep-improving properties, has long been used by The First Nations People to bring on feelings of calm.

Our Native Sleep Tea is made with four native ingredients, including anise myrtle and lemon myrtle which are known to help treat the effects of insomnia, restlessness, anxiety, and depression. 

We complete the blend with a medley of peace-inducing plants including strawberries, organic spearmint, mallow flowers, lemon balm, organic lemongrass, hibiscus & organic passion flowers.

🫖 Our Organic White Peony is a rare Chinese tea hailing from the Fujian province.

The silvery white colour of its leaves is where it gets its white tea name and its delicate flavour is derived from the tiny buds picked in early spring just before they open.

With very little processing involved, this smooth, floral tea is naturally low in caffeine and high in antioxidants.

🫖 Named Gunpowder tea due to its mild smoky flavour, this popular green tea is made from leaves that are lightly rolled into little pellets which help retain its delicious flavour and aromas.

Rich & full-bodied, we suggest steeping for 2-3 minutes in water that has cooled to 80-85°C

We use organic coconut nectar to sweeten our soul-warming Vegan Chai.

Hand-blended locally with high-grade black tea leaves and an exotic medley of ginger pieces, ground cardamom, star anise, cinnamon cut, cloves, and cracked black pepper, this enticing brew is a great alternative for those with fructose intolerance.

Coconut nectar is mostly composed of sucrose, is low GI and rich in iron and zinc, as well as 17 different amino acids and antioxidants - plus vitamins C and B! What a treat!

To brew, cover 18g of Vegan Chai with a small amount of boiling water; allow to steep for 2 -3 minutes then stir in 250ml of your favourite warmed milk, strain and serve. Finish with a sprinkle of our aromatic Chai Dust.
