Great customer service, energetic, love talking to people, and experience is preferred, but not essential.
Must be available to work 6.30am onward, Monday to Friday.
You will prepare food orders such as sandwiches, rolls, toasties, salads, etc.
Make milkshakes, smoothies, fruit juices, etc.
You will be required to roast chicken meats and other foodstuffs as needed.
Restock fridges and shelves.
Wash dirty dishes and clean the kitchen benches and food prep area.
You will also be called upon for some customer service.

General food preparation, cleaning kitchen and utensils, and assisting in commercial kitchen area.

Must have good understanding of English, both verbal and written.
Must have knowledge of food handling and preparation.
Must have own transport.
Must be able to work standing up for the full 5 hours.

Work hours are 07.00am to 12.00noon, Mon to Fri. On some days, may be required for an extra hour or two.
No weekends or public holiday work. AWARD rates.

Merry Christmas to all staff, contractors and visitors at The Roy Hill Corporate Office/Operations Centre. Shirene and Chris will be having a well earnt 2 weeks break and will reopen on the 8th January 2018. Deidre will be having 1 month off. We hope you all have a happy and safe Christmas and look forward to seeing you all in the new year.

Today marked the first anniversary for the Roc-Up. To mark this occasion, we hosted a lunch for all staff, contractors and visitors to the ROC to say thank you. You guys are awesome. Not only have we met lots of people but we have also made some great friends. Thank you all for your support. We look forward to the next 12 months! Happy 1st birthday Roc-Up.

The Roc-Up Cafe hosted a traditional cooking day today as part of the NAIDOC celebrations. The Chairperson Maxine Armstrong and Fellow committee member Joanne Nulgit flew down from Derby and did the cooking. Kangaroo tail stew, rice and damper was on the menu. This was an opportunity to display how culture is celebrated in the Kimberley region of WA. Thank you to all who participated. You guys at the ROC - rock! 👍🏿
