I feel so honoured to have the opportunity to make your birthday cakes. You challenged me with this one and the look on your face made it all worth while.

Rainbow layed moist Vanilla cake inside with buttercream outside icing and filling. The inside of the dragon is made of Rice Bubbles, melted butter and melted marshmallows. I shaped the dragon once the mixture cooled and then covered with buttercream and fondant decorations. The dragon alone took four hours to make.

A huge congratulations to Tia and Matt. This was their wedding cake I made. Such lovely clients to deal with.

The top cake was a vanilla and lemon cake filled and covered in buttercream icing and fondant. The cake was finished off with gold and yellow hexagon fondant details. Cupcakes were vanilla with lemon curd filling and buttercream icing topped with a small slice of lemon and eucalyptus leaves coated in edible gaze.
