Elephants and giraffes at Perth Zoo love an afternoon snack of acacia from UWA. In fact, the zoo's fodder team visits our campus regularly to collect a ute-load of various foliage for bears, koalas, pandas, the tortoise and a whole menagerie of hungry fauna. So the next time you visit the zoo you might just see a tree kangaroo munching on some UWA prunings. Read more under 'news' at www.uwa.edu.au/SustainableUWA.
