Breakfast Chef/Cook
Saturdays & Sundays 630am-12pm. Approx 12hrs per week


Three Bs is looking for a reliable breakfast chef/cook. Your main duties and responsibilities will include but not limited too
• Prepare and cook dishes
• Efficient with time management
• Strong knowledge of breakfast foods
• Create visually appealing dishes
• Be clean and organised
• Wash dishes, clean and sanitize surfaces and equipment
• Dispose of waste properly
• Good communication skills
This role is best suited to someone who can work by themselves in the kitchen while maintaining open communication to management and front of house staff. Three Bs is a small and productive team that requires reliability, honesty and hard working staff.
Further Hours may be available for the right candidate to learn the lunch/dinner menu.

Three B's Burswood Bar & Bistro is looking for an experienced and dynamic bartender to join our team! If you thrive in a fast-paced, vibrant environment, love creating cocktails, and have a passion for customer service, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and serve a wide range of beverages, including expertly crafted cocktails
• Maintain a clean and organised bar area
• Ensure compliance with all licensing regulations and responsible service of alcohol (RSA)
• Provide excellent customer service with a friendly and positive attitude
• Work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
• Handle cash and operate the SQUARE systems with accuracy
Requirements:
• Previous experience in bar work, including cocktail making
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
• Punctual, reliable, and quick to learn
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Bonus: Unrestricted Red Card (Approved Manager) is highly regarded
