This red beauty was the cake for a sweet 16 vampire themed party. It features delicious sponge cake in the top and chocolate mud down the bottom. Decorated with Lambeth method piping along with some blood drips and topped with glittering cherries.

This lovely bouquet of flowers I made for myself. It was my birthday over the weekend and I wanted to have a cupcake bouquet. Easy to eat at a restaurant with no plates required while looking like a lovely floral centrepiece on the table. They were thoroughly enjoyed. 😋 yum

Had a magical weekend in York creating and learning some new cake techniques. I made a kitchenaid and gorgeous doll and demonstrated the little lion. I also entered a cake competition with Hei Hei placing second and Maizies birthday cake placing first. Thanks for the awesome lessons.

This young boy celebrated his birthday Monster Jam Style! With some of his favourite cars decorating the tiers. The top was white mud cake with white chocolate ganashe. The bottom was chocolate mud with chocolate ganashe. A decadent slice no matter where you cut.

These cupcakes were made for a very special occasion, my daughters 2nd birthday! With the tubby tubbys (as she calls them) in fondant on top of vanilla and chocolate cakes. They were an easy to eat treat at Perth Zoo where we spent the day.

Marvel plus Batman themed number 5! This cake was chocolate mud covered in buttercream with fondant details. The character Spider-man, Capitan America, Thor, the Hulk and Batman being the birthday boys favourite characters.

This sparkling number was for a fabulous lady turning 50. Topped with photos of her though the ages and with glitter cascading down. Everything on this cake was edible except the silver acrylic cake topper. With a lovely lemon sponge, lemon icing and strawberrys between.

This was a special order. For my Nana's 70th. She was known for making us mish mash for dinner (didn't always turn out yummy) so to celebrate her I made a mish mash dress in her colour red. With wafer paper and lace everything on the doll was eddeible.

How do you start the end of the season party? With cupcakes! This club ordered both mini and normal sized chocolate cupcakes with netball bib positions and their logo. Which were edible.

This suculents pot is a yummy black forest cake. Topped with some fondant suculents it was a real hit with the birthday girl.

Over the weekend the Parkerville hall had its 100th anniversary. To honour this milestone I was commissioned to create a cake in the shape of the hall itself. This was a mud cake with chocolate ganashe. Fondant covered the outside and buttercream and biscuits made up the red dirt. Delicious!

A Very Happy 80th Birthday to my Nana. She is one of the reasons I got into cake decorating. This was a lemon sponge with strawberries and Cream. With a cluedo theme as she loves her puzzles. Love you Nana.

A special boy wanted to celebrate his birthday with a minecraft and diamond sword cake! He also loves rainbows so the inside we stacked it with coloured tiers as a surprise for all his guests!
