-At 8 years old, she may not have the best eyesight!
-Lola loves a cuddle.
-She is picture-perfect for teaching little ones about farm animals.

MEET WHISKERS 🐔👋🏼
Whiskers is a grand dame of chickens and the perfect ambassador for chicken-kind!

Facts about Whiskers:
-She is a Barbu D’uccle, a small breed from Belgium
-She’s pigeon-sized and lays 30-gram eggs
-She has feathers that look like whiskers which is how she got her name
-She’s incredibly placid and has a knack for converting non-chicken lovers into chicken enthusiasts
How old is she? She’s 10 - quite the senior lady! 👵🏻 (chickens usually live naturally until 5-10 years old)

What does she eat? Her favourite treats are mealworms and watermelon!

MEET CURLY SUE 🐕‍🦺👋🏼

Curly Sue is a Murray River retriever, an Australian working breed identified as far back as the 1800s in South Australia. She’s almost 6 years old and is quite the star in our farm education programs.

Facts about Curly Sue:
-She delights around 8000 schoolchildren each year, participating in our farm education programs.
-Her favourite food is anything on a human's plate!
-Her bond with baby animals is quite remarkable; she mothers and cares for them with incredible protectiveness, ensuring nothing hurts them.

Curly Sue is a true delight and a cherished member of our farm family!

MEET TED 🐑👋🏼
Ted is kind and gentle, he’s the perfect sheep.

Facts about Ted:
- He has been the 'ambaaaassador' for the Royal Show (pic 2)
- He was a child star and was in a play (pic 3)
- He has travelled with me across the Nullarbor to the eastern states
- He once visited a nursing home for a lady’s 106th birthday because she grew up on a farm (pic 4)
- He was born on the neighbour’s property but came to me when he was only 6 hours old because his mum sadly passed away

How old is he? He’s 14 - that’s an old boy! 👴🏻 (sheep usually live naturally until 8-12yo)
What does he eat? His favourite thing at the moment is watermelon!
