At Lion's Hearing they see clients every day who are struggling with hearing loss and one common issue is Tinnitus.

Lions Hearing Clinic Audiologist Pia Nairn was interviewed for the Purple Pen Podcast about Tinnitus. Pia specialises in helping clients with management and treatment of this common condition, which can range from barely noticeable to life-interrupting.

Each person's symptoms and experiences will be different, which is where personalised and professional treatment backed by research can reduce the impact of tinnitus in daily life.

Elevate your Father's Day lunch with a mouthwatering Roast Leg of Lamb from Meat Connoisseur! 🍖

Marinate the lamb overnight with a blend of fresh rosemary, garlic, mustard, honey, and lemon zest. The result? A roast that’s bursting with flavour and guaranteed to have everyone asking for seconds!

Ingredients:

¼ cup honey
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 tbsp fresh rosemary, chopped
2 tbsp Dijon mustard
1 tsp lemon zest
1 tsp black pepper
1 leg of lamb
1 tsp sea salt

Directions:

Marinate: Mix honey, garlic, rosemary, mustard, lemon zest, and pepper. Rub the mixture all over the lamb. Cover and marinate in the fridge for 8 hours or overnight.

Roast: Preheat oven to 230°C. Place the lamb on a rack in a roasting pan, sprinkle with salt, and roast for 20 minutes. Reduce heat to 200°C and cook for another 55-60 minutes for medium rare. Rest for 10 minutes before carving.
