In 2005, what started with an idea to help end world hunger by selling burritos at a restaurant in Canberra has turned into 300 restaurants globally in Australia, New Zealand, Ireland, the US and the UK. That one burrito has now helped donate over 80 million meals to those in need.
To celebrate the opening of our 300th location, we will be giving away 300 free burritos across all 300 locations globally. Mark it in your calendar and head into your local Zambrero and grab your free burrito on Wednesday 25th September.

Our Story
Welcome to Feel Good Mex. Delicious, healthy, Mexican inspired food, that also helps to put an end to world hunger.
Zambrero is good for your mind, body, soul and taste buds. Every time you purchase one of our burritos or bowls, we donate a meal to someone in need on your behalf, through our Plate 4 Plate initiative.
Together, we have already donated over 36 million meals and our goal is to donate 1 billion by 2025.
In 2005, Dr. Sam Prince, a 21-year-old medical student and entrepreneur, opened his first Zambrero restaurant in his hometown of Braddon, Canberra. We now have over 200 restaurants across Australia, New Zealand, Ireland and the United States.
