Our most recent order was placed by a lovely customer in the next suburb over from us.

As I processed her order and began to arrange delivery, I decided it wasn’t worth our time or her money to arrange with our courier to take her goodies too her when she lived so close.

One quick SMS (to confirm that hand delivery was ok) and straightforward refund of her shipping costs later, we (Miss almost-two and I) hand delivered her parcel straight to her door first thing the next morning.
