Truly heartwarming to see the workers united and in high spirits this morning at the HUB! Flags flying, the positive energy is palpable... powerful to witness the solidarity and camaraderie from the CFMEU crew!
An absolute disgrace on Pluto 2 with Sodexo serving up the dog’s dinner for workers on the project… after 12 months of messing around Bechtel and Woodside are still refusing to look after their CWs on this multi-billion-dollar project, who spend more time on site than they do at home and have to put up with this rubbish.

In their never-ending pursuit of profits over safety and best practice, ACCIONA and BMD have hit a new low on the METRONET ALUA project, putting school children directly in the line of fire.
With the METRONET construction site backing on to a primary school where children aged 4 and 5 years old were playing in their favourite cubby house, a METRONET excavator reached over the fence and began tearing the bushes apart, kids inside. With parents running to the rescue, the unthinkable didn’t happen.
Not satisfied with ripping off workers, undermining wages and conditions, and engaging with parasite subcontractors who steal workers’ entitlements to land these government-funded jobs, the tax-paying public deserves better. Shame!
