Under the Residential Tenancy Act, it is the responsibility of the tenant to ensure the condition of the property is the same (or as close as possible to the same) condition as when the tenancy began.
While most tenants are aware of their cleaning obligations, it’s not uncommon for tenants to also be required to have end of lease flea vacate treatment carried out if they had a pet for any length of time during the tenancy.

Fleas can live for months without food and can remain in areas around previous pet activity, such as curtains and carpets, for a long time after your pets have left the premises. That’s why it’s vitally important to get a proper end of lease flea service done by a licensed pest controller.

Our service includes both internal and external treatments and come with a written receipt for the landlord/ Real Estate Agent.

Gremlin Pest and W**d Control is a family owned and operated Pest Control Business. Operating for over 8 years. Gremlin is expanding, and we are now looking for a labourer to assist our technicians.

After a period of time a Traineeship in Pest Management will be available to the right candidate.

An immediate start is available


Duties will include

Assisting our technicians with pulling hoses, moving ladders and filling tanks.
Manual labour like trenching and drilling holes.
Remote on-site work.
Customer liaison
Deliveries and pick ups
And other ad hoc duties as required


About you

Good problem solver who enjoys working autonomously, but is able to learn from,and work with, other people.
Physically fit with the ability to work under floor spaces and on and in roof spaces.
The importance of following procedures and taking care of the details, but also enjoys using your skills in different and varied situations.
Enjoy working outdoors and in different places.
Self-motivated with good verbal and written communication skills and well presented.
Ability to pass pre-employment medical, references and police checks.
