Our beef and ale pies will also be available tonight for those whose fancy it tickles.

We have a few new seafood additions to our a la carte as we head into summer.
Nduja King Prawns served with mango habanero sauce and pineapple Pico de Gallo;
Salmon citrus Crudo served with English cucumber, mango hot honey and fresh habanero; and
Blue Swimmer crab rillette, served citrus pepper, sea salt and charred sourdough.
Totally delicious (even if we say so ourselves).
Whats happening at Chapters this week.
Wednesday we have Steak Night with $25 Black Angus sirloin served with chips and your choice of sauce. We also have a Chicken Schitnizel on the lunch specials board served with whipped potato, mushroom sauce and seasonal greens.
Thursday we have Wine & Dine for 69 with our legendary Lamb Shoulder (with duck fat roast potatoes and seasonal greens) OR our Tennessee pork ribs (served with dirty fries, cauliflower cheese and corn on the cobs). Both options served with a bottle of house win or bubbles for $69. Our beef and ale pies will also be available on Thursday night.

For those who fancy something sweet, we have Passionfruit Cheesecake on the coffee and cake menu from Wednesday (available until sold out).

Exciting announcement.
By early December, our latest restaurant will be opening at the site of our first.
Chapters Boathouse will be a sophisticated take on a modern European bistro, bringing the flavours of Chapters Bistro to the locals of Two Rocks and Yanchep.
We have a bit to do before we open, however we will keep you updated on our progress and a definite opening date sometime in the next week or 2.

We have come up with a new slogan. "Get some Porcetta on your Forketta", which may or may not go viral as a new marketing campaign. Either way, ours is tasty AF.
We are serving up plate loads of our Herb Roasted Pork Belly Porchetta and our slow braised Lamb shoulders to share as part of our Thursday Wine & Dine for 69.

Steak Day is today and we will be serving up $25 Sirloins all day.
A 250g Black Angus sirloin with fries and your choice of sauce for $25 accompanied by happy hours until 6pm.

We have sold out more than 50% of our Christmas Cook at Home Boxes.
Our signature Beef Wellington and Christmas Turkey Cook at Home boxes will both be available this Christmas (collection either the Mon 23rd or Tues 24th between 10am - 12pm).
In each box will either be a classic Beef Wellington to share or a 500g oven roasted Turkey roulade, both served duck fat potatoes, honey roast carrots, cauliflower cheese, pigs in blankets, roasted Brussel sprouts and jus (plus cranberry sauce for the roast turkey).
This serves 2/3 people and is $135 per box. Available until sold out.
For those with a sweet tooth, we also have a Christmas spiced sticky toffee pudding with brandy custard (serves 2).
