As someone who loves a spotless home but also values relaxation, I’m curious -would you rather do a deep clean of your entire home once a month or light cleaning every day? 🤔

Personally, I lean towards a deep clean once a month. There’s something so satisfying about getting every nook and cranny sparkling clean, then enjoying that fresh feeling for weeks! 😍 In saying that, I do whip out the stick vacuum every few days because I have a toddler and 3 dogs haha.

Kicked off this morning in a sparkling clean home after spending the weekend giving it a scrub-a-dub-dub. I love that our natural cleaning routine means it's super safe for my little man and his furry siblings. 🐾👶

No harsh chemicals were invited to my weekend cleaning party - just pure, natural goodness. 😌 Safe for the fur-babies, safe for the kiddos, safe for us all! I'm also currently pregnant with my second so it makes me feel good knowing that it's actually SUPER safe for me to be spraying and spritzing my products all over the place.

Actually, it was one of the motivations for starting All Pure Cleaning 11 years ago. The business was born out of my passion for natural products and my deep desire to take care of people (including putting my family and pet's health first, before kiddos came into the picture!).

All Pure Cleaning isn't just yet ANOTHER cleaning business that has popped up in the last few weeks! We have been around for a loooooong time and have the reputation for being Perth's best natural cleaners.

Keeping up with laundry can feel like a never-ending task, but it doesn’t have to be! Here are some of my favourite tips to stay on top of washing and folding, so you can enjoy more of what you love. 💚

✨ SET A SCHEDULE: Designate specific days for laundry to create a routine. Consistency is key!

✨ SORT AS YOU GO: Use separate hampers for whites, colours, and delicates to save time on laundry day.

✨ FOLD IMMEDIATELY: Try to fold clothes as soon as they’re dry to avoid piles and wrinkles. I try to fold it as soon as it comes out of the dryer and put away right away.

✨ GET THE FAMILY INVOLVED: Turn laundry into a family activity by assigning tasks to everyone. My 2.5 year old son loves to help me fold and put clothes away... sometimes I have to re-fold them haha, but he's learning.

✨ USE EFFICIENT PRODUCTS: Eco-friendly detergents and reusable dryer balls can make laundry day more effective and sustainable. Did you know we stock them in the online shop?

✨ INVEST IN A WASHER/DRYER COMBO: I don't know about you, but I'm prone to forgetting about washing and leaving it in the washing machine requiring it to be washed again. As soon as I got a combo machine, it dries it for me!

✨ WASH EVERY DAY: If you're not into "laundry day" then trying to put a load on every day might help. It's personally my preference as it means I stay on top of it. It's one of the things I do in my morning routine.

Happy Tuesday! You know, I started All Pure Cleaning back in 2013, but I actually started my love affair with natural cleaning in 2007 when I built my first house. I wanted to share why I'm such a huge fan of natural cleaning products. Here are my top five reasons:

Natural cleaning products are less abrasive and harsh on surfaces, maintaining the integrity and appearance of your home. Since becoming a parent and now being pregnant with our second little one, I've definitely entered the "nesting" phase of my life. 🏡 There's something so satisfying about keeping my house organised with labelled baskets in the cupboards - it really make life so much easier for everyone when everything has its' spot.

Here are a few other ways decluttering can change your life:

If there's one thing I've learned from running All Pure Cleaning for all these years, it's how to vacuum like a complete pro! Here are my top tips to make sure your floors are spotless every time:

👉 PREP THE AREA: Before you start, tidy up - pick up any small items and move lightweight furniture out of the way. This ensures you don't miss any spots.

👉 USE THE RIGHT ATTACHMENTS: Different surfaces require different attachments. Use a brush attachment for hard floors and an upholstery attachment for furniture and curtains.

👉 SLOW AND STEADY: Don't rush! Move the vacuum slowly over the carpet to allow it to pick up all the dirt and dust. And work from the back of the room to the door/exist.

👉 OVERLAP YOUR STROKES: Just like mowing the lawn, overlap your vacuum strokes to ensure you don't leave any uncleaned strips.

👉 CHANGE DIRECTIONS: Vacuum in different directions to get all the dirt. This helps lift the carpet fibres and remove deep-seated debris.

👉 EMPTY THE BAG/CANISTER REGULARLY: A full vacuum bag or canister reduces suction power. Make it a habit to empty it before it gets too full.

Holy moly, how cold has it been in Perth in the mornings??! I don't know about you, but my heater is getting quite the workout and I must say, I am LOVING layering up! As much as I love the sun, I'm definitely a winter-loving gal!

The cold and damp weather doesn't just bring a change of wardrobe, but it can also bring some unwelcome guests... mould and mildew. Blah! We all know how frustrating it can be to see mould appear in grout or mildew on the windows, but fear not, I have you covered! Here are three safe and natural solutions that actually work! 🏡✨

1️⃣ VINEGAR: Use it undiluted, leave for an hour, then rinse off. Simple!
2️⃣ HYDROGEN PEROXIDE: A 3% solution will do wonders. Spray, leave for 10 minutes, scrub, and rinse.
3️⃣ ESSENTIAL OILS: From cinnamon to tea tree, these oils not only smell amazing but are super effective too!

It's also wise to ensure there's adequate air flow, removing residual moisture (after showering) and use dehumidifiers where possible.

Save these for later or send to a friend to help them stay mould and mildew free too!

Hi there! I'm Candice and I own All Pure Cleaning - your one stop shop for natural cleaning services + eco products!

I wanted to let you know a few things about me and the business that you may not already know (especially if you’re new here), just for a bit of fun…

💚 I’m obsessed with cleaning and organising (hence owning the cleaning business for 11 years hehe) and every cupboard in my house is neatly organised including labels and all. 🙈

💚 I didn't always love to clean - in fact I was one of those teenagers who was always being asked to "clean their room". It wasn't until I built my first home at 22 that I was truly able to appreciate a clean space.

💚 I live on 5 acres in the middle of the bush with my husband, 2.5-year-old son, 3 Pomeranian x Chihuahua dogs and am currently 18.5 weeks pregnant (via a very lengthy and tough IVF journey).

💚 I had guinea pigs for nearly 10 years and was a foster carer for one of those years. It was incredibly rewarding. Sadly my last guinea pig passed away earlier this year.

💚 I lived in Melbourne for a few years when I was 18, and then in far North Queensland in 2011/12 for a year, Perth is where my heart belongs.

💚 My favourite colour is green - pretty obvious that one 🤭

💚 I launched the online shop for All Pure Cleaning a few years ago and so far we have nearly 200 products online (and it’s still growing).

💚 My mum and brother currently work for All Pure Cleaning, but did you know that my Dad and my Aunty have also worked for us too?!
