Check out Dolomitico! This awesome, cow's milk blue cheese is aged for at least 50 days, washed in barley malt and malt beer from the Dolomite region in Italy. The result is a dark brown rind, creamy interior and strong flavour! 🇮🇹🍺

Crafted and aged only 15 miles away from the village of Cheddar, India Pale Ale Cheddar brings together two of our favourite things: cheese and beer! 🍺
