Please accept our sincerest apologies for the unsweetened cakes or cream items you've purchased in the past 2 months.
There has been a mistake from the cream company who'd delivered the cream to us. Over the past 6 years we'd been a regular buyer of their cream. Recently, we had no knowledge of the modifications in their product ingredients.

Today, a respected customers feedback had compelled us to check the flavour of the cream and we have encountered a devastating surprise. We are subject to inform the company and resolve the issue regarding this matter.

We are highly grateful for your understanding and patience, and once again we apologise for any inconvenience.
