To all my valued, lovely customers. I would like to thank you all so much for coming to our defence about the anonymous lady complaining about the dog in the shop. There is a personal reason this particular loyal regular customer's dog is allowed in my shop, so maybe instead of judging without information, this complaining lady should think twice about making statements on social media. There are a few fish & chip shops in this area, so hopefully she will find another to go to, that meets her standards.

Hello valued customers. Just wanted to let you know our trading hours over the Easter break. We are open Good Friday. We will be closed Easter Saturday, Sunday & (as usual) Monday. If you are planning to order on Good Friday, I would suggest once you have placed your order, don't wait to come in as it is a crazy day & there is always a wait.My fabulous staff & I will do our very best to get your order to you ASAP. Hello valued customers. I'm hoping the youth man who came in to purchase a meal last night will read the post as I have no way to contact him. The fish he received with his meal wasnt correct. I thought he was mistaken but asked him to return so I could put it right. On checking with my staff member who prepared his order, we realised she had in fact made a mistake. Unfortunately he didn't return but I would dearly like to correct this for him. So, I'm hoping he will read this post & come and see me to clear it up. Here's hoping🤞Hope to see you all soon.
