The Healthy Living Precinct is a large co-located facility where health practitioners, lifestyle support workers, trainers and educators work together for the benefit of participant organisations, communities and individuals. They also have an amazing café with some delicious healthy choices so why not pop down and check them out! My daughter gave them the tick of approval ☺️

Last night we had pappadums with our dinner! Cooked using our Nourished Life Organic Ghee! They puffed beautifully 😍 it's recommended to use vegetable oil, however we don't cook with seed/vegetable oils and prefer using Ghee as it has a high smoke point and tastes so good😋.
