Today we had our first postnatal Pi-lattes class at 11:30am. What a great way to get back into fitness after having a baby. Safe exercise, supportive group of like minded woman and coffee.

Inner-elbow pain often occurs at the bony prominence known as the mandial epicondyle. Triceps training often causes it . When the wrists are bent back in extension, the tendons of the wrist flexor muscles of the forearm pull on the mandial epicondyle. The pain can be significant enough that you drop tricep training. Together with we ran our Physio Workshop 'Foam Roller & Spiky Ball'. Participants learnt how to effectively use a foam roller and spiky ball to relieve pain and help prevent injuries.
