Inner-elbow pain often occurs at the bony prominence known as the mandial epicondyle. Triceps training often causes it . Together with we ran our Physio Workshop 'Foam Roller & Spiky Ball'. Participants learnt how to effectively use a foam roller and spiky ball to relieve pain and help prevent injuries.
