They’re at it again! Coast Cardiology crew Mel and Kristian are out training again, prepping for their course sweeping role on Sunday 22 September.

Their advice to everyone is make sure you register to run with us, then train sensibly, practice your race day plan, get outdoors and do it, and remember the importance of recovery and quality nutrition!

How awesome is it when event sponsors commit to their community! Enriched Health Care has been with us since day one! They sponsor the Team-Relay Marathon, which gives teams of 2-4 people an opportunity to run our iconic course and together! Check out every medal for the Team-Relay since 2016! And the Perpetual Trophy which commemorates the first place team from each year! We think this looks awesome. Imagine having all of those on your wall!

We're hoping you all managed to catch up with Melinda from Heart of Courage at registration last weekend, or when she and Todd ran as sweepers for the Tarkine Marathon!

If you didn't, there's still plenty of time to donate or help fundraise. The fundraising will improve regional cancer outcomes. And remember, if you donate $20 a native tree will also be planted through Landcare Port Macquarie.
