Hello beautiful ones, its been a while, I hope you all, had a beautiful holiday and a wonderful start to the year.

I’m feeling nourished after an amazing trip to Tassie, traveling around with my family and close friends, it was fun!

Now it’s Feb!! I always feel my year begins in February, who can relate?

Now kids have gone back to school, I know for some mamas its easy to fall straight back into the busyness of life.. lunches, school drop offs, work and all the things that we ‘need’ to get done. Of course we do all these things with love, but the changing needs of our kids and ourselves is real, and often there is not much time for us and our self-care drops off.

So, I would love to invite you, over the coming days and weeks, to create some space for YOU! Honor yourself and all of the holding you do as a mum. Go slow, breathe, go for a walk, an ocean swim or whatever nourishes your soul, just give yourself space to connect with you!

When it comes to self nurturing its taking time out for you, while adding a level of intention to enhance your overall health and wellbeing and doing things that make you feel like you! Self-nurturing is vital for balance and healing.

We can't do what we do and be there for others, if we don't nurture ourselves first.

After spending more and more time up north last year during lockdowns, the call to be on land, close to nature, wide open spaces and my horses, got louder. So we felt the time was right to follow our dreams and finally, move our little family out of Sydney, to the country for a more simple, slower life.

Its has been hard to leave this space to say the least, but Im so incredibly grateful to have shared it with so many beautiful souls over the last 4 years.

I want to thank each and every one of you from the bottom of my heart.

So honoured to hold space for you all, Its been such a lovely journey to nurture and connect with so many like minded woman, stepping into your own, prioritizing your selfcare and inspiring me to keep doing, what I love.

A little reminder to take a moment and breathe. This time of year often pulls us out of our bodies, and very much into our heads, with all the things we need to do.

Remember your self-care rituals. What can you do this evening to help you come back to yourself, into the present moment.

Re-opening

Holistic Skin is a sacred space for all, to take time out, relax and be nurtured, allowing you to reconnect to your true essence.  I appreciate we have all been through so much over the past 18mths, and I aim to continue to keep my space safe, nurturing and loving for all of my beautiful community. 

At this stage bookings for Facial Rituals will be closed and will reopen at the beginning of December, when I can welcome and nurture everyone. 

From the 25th October -  November
I will reopen my Holistic Skincare retail option where you will be able to order and pick up skincare or still have it delivered if you prefer. 

There will also be a special offer with every online Skin and Wellness consult booked in Oct-Nov, stay tuned, more details to come.

Do you have sensitive, combination, redness-prone, reactive skin? If so, the Pitta Deep Cleansing balm could be just what you need for the first step in your evening skincare routine. 

An extremely gentle yet effective cleansing balm with French pink clay, completely dissolves makeup, environmental pollution and impurities while reducing sensitivity and redness while strengthening the skin's barrier.  Skin is calmed while being cleansed with vitamin rich plant oils of Virgin Coconut, Jojoba, Apricot Kernel and Sweet Orange. Cleanse - Warm a pea size amount between your fingertips.
