Yep, that's me this morning posing for a friend! It's the last month of winter and we can feel Spring in the air!

Yes it's a tad cold still, but every day I dive in that ocean knowing she will bring a big smile to my life and raise my vibration!

Each day the beach, the energy and the community is different. I arrive before sunrise, curious to what will be the energy of the day. Who and what will I experience! How much laughter will be shared! 🤣

This is part of living with curiosity in my tool box! How can you invite curiosity into your life?

If you want some inspiration, try a sunrise swim or walk in your neighbourhood and be open to who you might meet, what you might see and how you will feel.

The Aquarius super moon joined the windy evening, blowing away the thoughts that are no longer lifting us up! Ready to embrace new beginnings ... bring it on !!!

One of the most powerful moons of this year ... The Aquarius Super Moon, is gracing us with its powerful energy!

Aquarius is the Humanitarian in us, but more importantly it is the thinker ... sometimes the over thinker lol!

Take a moment to become your very own "Thought Detective". What are you focusing your thoughts around?
Use this moon to release the thoughts that are no longer supporting you ... you've done the work and are ready to move on to the next part of your life. Change is all around us, soost of us are experiencing this in between period of releasing the old, to make way for the new!

Take a moment, whether using a moon ritual or simply close your eyes and do a review. Remember to give gratitude to all the thoughts you want to release. They have supported you to make change, no matter how tough that journey has been!

HE COLLECTIVE ENERGY overpowered me!

Yes, around 3.30 yesterday ... in the peak of the Lions Gate Portal, I started to feel overcome with emotions of powerlessness. They just kicked in for no apparent reason. I tried to pin point my thinking, to find the source. Yes, I have been through some challenges this week,  but nothing I couldn't navigate with my usual tools ... so what was this?

Today I awoke with a feeling of dread. I was shaking, I felt ill, and was overcome with a powerful nervous feeling, like I have never felt before!

I had been supporting others ... was it there journey I was tapping into???

Then it dawned on me, it was the collective energy of the planet. I pulled a card and received my confirmation ... Bat energy! (I'll post the card next)

I also now know how ANXIETY feels in your body, I mean when it is overtaking your world ... and am sending out my endless love to you all.

Please, if you have someone in your life who is under the influence of chronic anxiety, please, please hold space for them. It's so important to know you can just be held, as you navigate these powerful emotions, both physically and mentally!

And I would like to thank those beautiful girls that held space for me, while I uncovered the source of my experience over the past 24 hours. Spirit works in mysterious ways, and now I have a better grasp of life in human form and my connection to our global community.  We are all connected.

So let's play big and train our brain to focus on the juicy things you are wanting to experience rather than the worries of something that may never happen!
