It is true; the pressures of society can be strong. But remember, true strength lies in staying authentic to oneself, even in the face of adversity. We must understand that societal expectations are transient and often based on external standards. Instead of being swayed by them, let us look within and embrace our uniqueness.

Do not fear standing out or being different. Embrace your individuality with confidence and compassion. Surround yourself with people who support and uplift you, people who value your true essence. The key is to cultivate a deep sense of self-love and acceptance, for when we honor ourselves, we can radiate that love and acceptance to others.

Each of us possesses a unique essence, a pure and authentic self that resides within our hearts. This essence is our inner truth, untouched by external influences or societal expectations. To find and honor it is to discover the path to genuine happiness and fulfillment.

The recognition of our true selves begins with cultivating self-awareness. This requires turning inward and paying attention to our thoughts, emotions, and actions. In our modern world, we often get caught up in the external distractions, but true happiness lies within.

Meditation and mindfulness practices help us connect with our inner being, uncovering the wisdom and compassion that reside there.

As many of you know by now, next Friday the 31st, my debut audiovisual EP "The State of Things" will be released to the world!!!

What many of you don't know is that whilst this marks my musical debut as a solo artist, it also marks by debut as a screenwriter, creative director, and executive producer for the accompanying short film 🥹

I began writing this project back in November 2019 while on a solo retreat in Bali and never could have imagined that it would transform into the massive undertaking that it's been.

After nearly 3.5 years of pouring all my love and creativity into this project, I hope to share with you some of the most important lessons I have learned in my 30 years of being a spiritual seeker and a first-generarion, q***r Australian 🙏
