M& E supports is led by Meera Smith, who is passionate about empowering people with disability. M&E Supports abide the following values:
Compassion, Fairness, Empathy, Reliability, flexibility and optimism.

Meera’s focus is to provide a person centred approach to all. She strongly believes that, providing a capacity building support services is the key for an independent living. To achieve this a tailored support network has to be created by utilising both formal and informal support available in the community.
Along with her passion Meera brings her excellent knowledge, experience and understanding of the NDIS (National disability Insurance Scheme) , her expertise in navigating the system ensures and enable our client’s to utilise their NDIS fundings efficiently and effectively, to achieve their unique goals.

At M&E supports we emphasise on capacity building support and developing independent living skills to enable our client’s to lead a quality life,so they are more upbeat towards future. We ensure to tackle any barriers that may arise in a pragmatic way to guarantee our client’s experience a seamless NDIS journey.
