Look into which age inner child is coming up for attention.
Ask that inner child what it is they need in that moment to help them, what is their need?
This is where the healing starts!
Recognise and understanding your triggers.
Then start to reparent your inner children.
Treat them like you would have wanted to be treated.
Nurture them and love them unconditionally.

Truth! We all need space when we are healing, releasing and integrating. Thereโs nothing wrong with telling people you need space to heal. Often the people we need space from are the ones that caused the trauma in the first place. And often they donโt understand but we need to stay true to what we need for our growth and healing. Adrenal fatigue is a very real thing and seems to be more prevalent with mothers and more so with single mothers. We tend to overdo things and forget about ourselves. We put everything before us. We stress about everything and anything. Doubts creep in. Fears creep in. Until itโs all too much and you need to make a change. Youโre sick of feeling the way you do and wished there was a better way. Before your adrenals get pushed to the limits and it turns into adrenal fatigue follow some helpful tips below. โจPlease make time for you, breath deeply, play calming music, go to the calmest place you can think of in your head, and take 5 minutes to calm your nervous system. โจKnow that you canโt control every thing! Give everything 100% then wait for guidance on your next step, donโt stay up all night worrying about things. Get rest, drink lots of water, eat fresh foods and ask for guidance every day and be in gratitude everyday. โจStress and fear is a sure fire way to give yourself consistently high cortisol levels which will kill your adrenals and keep your body in a state of inflammation. This means nothing will repair in your body, your digestive system will stop working and basically the wheels will fall off. Reduce your stress at all costs. Get rid of the fear, commit to release all fears that no longer serve you. โจWhen youโre going through challenging times make sure you have some joy and fun every day. Force yourself to really laugh or play funny games with your kids. It will help reduce your cortisol levels. And will help to release fear and increase your vibration. โจEat foods rich in nutrients and less inflammatory high processed foods. โจSunshine is super important, this needs to be daily, not just for vitamin d but for your serotonin levels to increase which is your happy hormone. โจMost of all be gentle with yourself, stop putting such high expectations on yourself, things will get done when they are good and ready, don

I feel like this is my lifeโs motto. For almost a year now this is how Iโve lived, trust, surrender, taking action, seeing what happens, taking in the signs, the messages and being flexible. Following my path, my intuition, letting my heart based decisions lead me and show me the best way. The more I lived this way the easier it became and the easier it was to fully trust and truly let go! Let go of my ego, my ways, my attachments, everything. Letting go meant that I received so much more, It made room for what was really aligned, what was meant for me and it came easier than ever before. No forcing, no worry and barely any doubt. Are you a mother that had the idea of raising your children a certain way? You had things planned, you knew what you were going to do and what you werenโt going to do purely based on seeing other mothers and how they would parent. You knew you were going to feed a certain way, dress them a certain way and have naps at certain times. Then your story book ideals of parenting all came crashing down when they arrived. Your bundle(s) of joy has arrived, nothing is as you expected, life has changed, youโve changed, now its just about finding the easiest and most convenient way through, over and under the whole parenting gig. Now motherhood has arrived well and truly and you may have your second and third child, youโve given your self for so long that youโve forgotten who you are, you feel like youโve lost your true essence, like your life path has now become your childrenโs life path. On top of the daily so called grind, youโve also lost your confidence, you find yourself triggered almost daily if not many times a day and you wonder what happened, why did everything go down hill? You feel like you need some direction, a boost of some sort to get you back on track but have no idea where to start. You fear if you make some big moves in your life that things wont work out or that you may fail. You want to study or take a part time job but worry about the children and everything that goes along with those decisions, so you take the easy path and forget about your dreams and any goals you may have once had. You go back to living day in day out, just surviving. Did you know? That everything in your life always comes back to you, meaning itโs because of youโฆ Every situation in your life is created because of your thoughts, your frequency, your choices from the past and present and your visualisations & what you focus on. This means every crappy, sh*tty situation youโre in is only because of you and your actions & thoughts. You need to take responsibility for every action, thought and time you spend on healing and see where you need to change or step it up. If you are constantly getting hit one after the other with dark situations then itโs a great place to start by checking your thoughts - is there anything negative your focusing on, have you got some major self critical talk going on or have you got people around you who are toxic and getting into your head? Perhaps you havenโt been making good choices daily and itโs starting to show. โจWhat you put out into the universe is what youโre going to get back, and usually at a double rate. โจ Time to make some conscious choices, focus on light, focus on what you want, focus on how you can heal, focus on how you can give back, focus on what youโre grateful for daily, focus on your DREAMS! If you do this for a week, I can guarantee you that things will shift for you. 100%!!! You have the power to co-create with the divine exactly what you want in your life! Of course youโre going to take the signs and messages to course correct if you need to but you have the power to attract, create and live your dream life. It truly does come down to YOU! Not your parents, not your siblings, not your partner, not your friends, not your teachers, not anyone, or anything. YOU! You are the answer youโve been looking for all these years. ๐๐๐
Fears & Surrendering We all have fears, normal fears which help you judge life or death situations. Itโs an innate survival mechanism that all humans have. We learn to live with these fears, like driving for the first time or jumping off a cliff into the ocean, big move or even sky diving. Normal fears that feel scary, challenging and exhilarating. You can choose to go ahead with the activity or back out and be on your way. The fears that we all get hung up on are the ones that completely debilitate us, the ones where if we sit in the fear for too long we perpetuate the fear into a real anxiety and end up being crippled with inaction and indecisiveness. These fears originate from childhood trauma, itโs your inner childrenโs response to a situation that happened in your childhood. Youโll notice when your in an episode of fear that youโll be completely in your head. Lots of thinking and lots of inner critical talk, these voices will often be you repeating words from authoritarian parents, siblings or teachers. These authoritarian figures need control therefore will be telling you what to do, what to say, how to do this and that, what to wear, what to look like, what ever it may be. Thereโs always an element of โyou have toโ do what they say, you have to ignore your inner guidance and intuition and if you donโt you will fail dismally, you wonโt succeed, or you wonโt be loved, you wonโt be liked, and that is where the fear originates. Throughout your childhood and into adulthood you would have learnt to rely on these authoritarian figures, learnt to squash what you really think and feel because what would you know? Youโre only a kid and they are โolder and wiserโ, โthey must know everythingโ and this is where your power gets taken away.
