What do we love here at TYREPLUS Acacia Ridge? Next Gen Ford Ranger Raptors 😍

We were lucky enough to have 3 of these gorgeous beauties in to see us late last week. 2 were fitted up with GOAT Offroad spacer front lifts and the other rolled out on 5 new MAXXIS RAZR tyres.

All 3 also receiving a Ride Height Calibration, which we complete in house👌🏻

This build came up awesome, representing the best of Aussie manufacturing!

Playing hard and by the rules!

Shoutout to for the work hes done in helping us develop the front hydraulic bumpstop kit for 2012-2018 PX1/2 Ranger and 2012-2021 UP/UR BT50.

This kit is fully VSB14 compliant and as shown, able to be engineered very easily.

If your out pushing your Ranger or BT50, then you know how harsh and unforgiving it is when you hit the factory bump…feels like your going to cop a control arm through the floor!

This kit, designed and manufactured in Australia and featuring the awesome American made 2.0 2in stroke threaded bump stops and a strong 5mm mount system that is made to be a simple, fool proof weld on design. Smoothing out the ride and allowing you to push harder out on the tracks. The single biggest improvement you can make to the performance of your front suspension.

Pricing is $1799

We really aren’t a fan of how Ford left a pretty mission critical and (assuming) very expensive ride height sensor out in harms way on the Next Gen Ranger Raptor.

Thankfully, , a great aussie made brand has a solution to protect them when hitting the tracks.

Something a bit different about these Gen 1 Raptor UCA.

So a month or so ago we got an email from *Billy* (not his real name), asking how long our Raptor UCA are. Being that it’s not something that really matters, as our existing UCA are designed as a bolt in replacement, we emailed him back.

So turns out, his Raptor has hit 11 on the send-O-meter and subsequently bent one of the shock towers in and so cant get a decent wheel alignment anymore. Our solution was to come up with a custom design utilising heims, just like our Next Gen Raptor arms, so that one side could be made long longer than the other to compensate.

So we jumped into CAD, designed them up and got them CNC machined. Customer is happy as!

Its not an ideal solution but the cost to fix the chassis outweighed the benefits for this customer.

Who would want adjustable Gen 1 UCA as an option?

Getting in early for . Featuring some very wide GOAT fibreglass fenders headlights.

We put this one on the backburner for a minute. But a total redesign and we are ready to get some hydro bumpstop goodness onto the front of your PX1 and PX2 Ranger and BT50.

With a 2in stroke, these will soften those big hits and give a much nicer ride when pushing things offroad.

Yes they need cutting and welding to the chassis and you will need to get the engineered if your so inclined. They meet all VSB14 requirements.

Price is going to be $1800 for the pair. Includes the mounts, 2.0 threaded bumps and a nifty wrench/bottle opener.

An upgrade worthy of your Ranger Raptors performance!

Starting with our beefy UCA. CNC machined from 6061 aluminium, with FK uniballs and 7/8" heim joints. They are stronger, allow more down travel when paired with a strut spacer and are fully adjustable for as much castor as you need when chasing the perfect alignment.

Our Clevis steering upgrade was born out of nessecity. With a large number of Next Gen Ranger Raptor owners suffering snapped factory rack ends, when doing even mild driving. Our beefy 24mm thick arms are machined from 7071 alloy for extra stiffness. They mate to your rack with a 17-4 stainless steel clevis and a custom clevis pin which means you won't be shredding boots. At the knuckle end, we use a 7/8 heim and 17-4 machined tapered misalignments. The tie rod is threaded with LH and RH threads to make wheel alignments a breeze.

The clevis steering upgrade fits both the Gen 1 and Gen 2 Ranger Raptor.

When paired together, you are creating a upgrade kit that will ensure you can get the most out of your Ranger Raptor.
