Cowboy hat cupcakes!
These were a last minute order received yesterday afternoon for this morning - sometimes I surprise myself with what I can get done in just hours!
24 Vanilla cupcakes with a cow print theme icing and cowboy hats crafted from modelling chocolate.
They are headed off to be enjoyed at a cowboy hat making workshop! Have fun ladies!

As of September, I’ll be putting the spatula down for a few months to take some time off while I have (another) baby.

Did someone say lemon??
I was asked to make a tart, lemon cake, without any sweet icings.
Homemade lemon cake with a homemade lemon syrup. The layers are filled with a homemade lemon curd and the cake is topped with my homemade lemon curd whipped cream and homemade candied lemons for just a touch of sweetness.
I’m not a fan of lemon in my desserts but this is so delicious, I think I’m converted!
