It's a new month which means we're back with new flavours!

Say hello to our Mango Float inspired cream puff filled with vanilla cream, honey graham crackers and fresh mangoes.

This month's flavours will be available for pick up on Sunday 13 and 20 November.

Blueberries are finally in season so we're bringing you a Vanilla and Blueberry Yuzu Jam choux 🫐 - the perfect sweet and sour combination 😍.

We're also bringing back Rose & Lychee, Coconut and Taro Coconut Sago!

Hojicha Caramel is a new flavour we're adding to July's menu.

Hojicha is green tea that's been roasted in a porcelain pot over charcoal. Our Hojicha cream filling is made with quality powder from Zen Wonders. The caramel complements the great nutty flavour of the Hojicha cream.

Chouxbie is back with an exciting winter menu for July ❄️.

Our new Apple Pie cream puff is filled with luscious vanilla cream and spiced apple filling. We've even topped it off with a piece of cinnamon puff pastry as a nod to our favourite Maccas Apple Pie 🥧🍏.

Chouxbie's first birthday is coming up next month!

We're celebrating by bringing back a classic flavour from our first menu - Lychee Rose choux (but this time without raspberry jam).

New to the menu will be our Pistachio choux. It's filled with pistachio cream, pistachio ganache and home made pistachio praline paste.

These mini Thai Milk Tea and Melona cream puffs were made for our friends Australia Jing Yee Lion Dance Association during Lunar New Year 🧧.

We're giving you EGGsactly what you're asking for this Easter 🐣 !

Our first April special is Carrot Cake choux. It's filled with vanilla cream, carrot cake, delicious cream cheese frosting and decorated with a mini carrot royal icing decoration from .sprinkles 🥕.

We then have a Chocolate choux filled with chocolate cream and Cadbury Mini Eggs sitting in a chocolate ganache 'nest' 🍫.

Melona and Ube will also be on the menu.
