Dermatitis can be really tricky to treat, dry and itchy, can be wet and weepy. If this is you try reducing your stress and taking a tonic for the nervous systmen this will help to calm the body. Next try a warm bath with 500ml milk and half a cup of olive oil and this will calm and moisturize the skin

Do you suffer with acne ? Have you tried limiting your wheat and dairy intake ? Isopropyl Alcohol is another common ingredient in skincare. Its function is as a perfume, anti foaming and viscosity stabilizer. The potential effects are respiritory, kidney and liver neuro toxin. Contributes to skin dryness and irritation

Skincare Ingredients PEG 150, 4, or any peg compounds are found not to be safe on broken or irritated skin. Often used as an emollient to soften skin. Used in toothpaste, masks, cleansers, lip gloss, make up - good to know

When you buy skin care what do you look for ? Words on pack that describe the benefits of product ? The good the bad and the UGLY of a brand that calls themselves natural. Dr Hauschka I loved it and used Dr Hauschka for years in salon.
