Hello beautiful people!!! Please let me introduce you to Cat from 💚 I was excited to join her workshop earlier in the week on Gut Health held 🌿 just wow!!! The knowledge and passion Cat has for this incredibly important system of our body is unwavering - she gave enough information to get your brain ticking and wanting to know more!!! It was a 2 hour workshop which also included amazing lifestyle and meal planning (seriously the information was reason enough!!) with an abundance of recipes!!! Missed out - don’t worry she will be holding more in the new year - give her page a follow, plus I’ll also put posts up when she holds space again!!! Also on a side note - I’m in loveeee with the space 💚 can’t wait to have a crafter morning and support this wee business ❤️

I am Terri, and I would like to introduce to you, my self and my page Sacred Cycles!!

For the past 17 years I have called Rockhampton/Yeppoon my home.
I am blessed to live with my son Thomas and his fur baby Butch (who by the way!!) ...is always at my side while I'm getting creative 🙂

My page Sacred Cycles, has been a Spiritual Journey that begun in my mid teens through my interest and love for Nature , Natural Healing, Crystal's and Tarot /Oracle.

It wasn't long after this that I was introduced to the Craft of Macrame by one of my Teachers (Love at first knot), a craft I love and resonated with totally from day one.

Fast forward a couple of years and another Craft and love emerged.
Essential oils and Botanicals, once again I took to these healing oils with a sense of knowing and resonance .
These amazing treasures , gifts and teachings have all been integrated together and have helped me to balance my life 🌿

When I'm not creating Cooking, music, festivals, and friends are close 🥰

With the accumulation of my learnings and experience.
I am super excited to introduce and share with you my page Sacred Cycles .
A page of expression love and the Cycles in my world.
