The role will require attention to detail, excellent computer skills, ability to multi task, high level of customer service, a positive attitude, the ability to show initiative and think on your feet to quickly resolve issues.

Experience:

Minimum of 1-year Reception experience

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide outstanding customer service for guest arrivals, departures and phone enquiries.

• Ensure professionalism and accuracy with information and billing during arrival and departure.

• Reception duties including check-in, check-out.

• Managing corporate accounts

• Responding to email and online enquiries

• Supporting the day to day operation of the motel

An Advantage:

• Guest Point – Operating system experience

• Previous Motel Reception experience

• RSA

Hours of Work:

Days, Afternoons and Weekends (approx. 7 hour shifts)

Food was exceptional and fresh, service with a smile, which is rare these days, the only thing that was disappointing was that the bed was too comfortable and I slept in and missed their buffet breakfast!
