Lately I’ve been talking to clients about PROGRESS.

Healing is a holistic journey that incorporates support from all different areas.

The most important aspect of the journey is YOU.

Here’s how I’ll answer this today…..

I hold a safe space for people to come and explore themselves.

I work within the subtle energy bodies and the physical body to harmonise “stuck” energies (emotions, thoughts, beliefs etc).

Maybe it’s time to come and give it a go 🫶🏼

We hold all the information inside of us. Create time & space and hear what the body has to say 🙏

The etheric body holds the memories and experiences throughout all your lifetime.

Initially, it is meant to protect the physical body, and is full of love and light along with a beautiful blueprint for your lifetimes. It encases your soul when you die.

Your etheric body is identified with who you think you are, based on your history and experiences. It colors your self-perception.

Yet, over time, it can become tainted with your pain and trauma that you haven’t healed.

In addition, your negative thoughts, or negative view of life also wear down your etheric body, which is the closest to your physical body. This may lead to poor energy or fatigue or worse, illness. Many of us have carried multiple behaviors from one lifetime to another.

We are meant to change the behaviors and learn quickly to disengage from familiar, but detrimental patterns to produce a healthy experience, by choosing differently.

Mercury in retrograde 🔥

✨Today, Mercury shifts from the shadow phase into full swing Retrograde. Mercury Retrogrades at least 3 to 4 times per year and for its first Retrograde in 2024, Mercury will transit through Aries.

Aries is the first sign of the Zodiac and the first of the 3 Fire Signs. Mercury will Retrograde through all of the Fire Signs this year.

The first (this one) in Aries and then in August through Virgo into Leo and November/December in Sagittarius. This forms a Grand Fire Trine and shifts its transformational focus.

Fire is the fastest of elements, connected to creativity, impulsivity, action, and high-energy scenarios. The changes will occur quicker and to keep our nerves from getting fried, it will be key to strike a balance between intense activity and slower moments of true calm.

The danger lies in overreacting and overdoing things, only to regret it later. Fire is fast and short-lived, so this is a time to avoid falling prey to impulsive behavior.

When Mercury enters retrograde, we may find communication a little more challenging. We could find it difficult to make decisions, or experience issues with technologies, travel, or contracts.

Ancient astrologers believed that when Mercury was retrograde, it traveled through the underworld, collecting lost, hidden, or untapped messages from deep within our subconscious.

For this reason, it is recommended to wait before signing contracts, having important conversations, buying expensive technology, or making travel plans until Mercury emerges from its journey, as upon its return from the underworld, it could have brought new information, changing how we feel and, consequently, our plans.

Some blame Mercuries retrograde for all the chaos that happens in their lives. However, this is a good time to sit back and review what you put your energy toward.

With Mercury in Aries, our focus goes on to attuning our instinct and learning to trust it… but without letting it rule us. Mercury in Aries challenges us to be more direct and assertive in our communications yet without being aggressive, tactless, or blunt.

This transit invites us to see the world through new eyes and inspires us to renew our ways of thinking and perceiving reality.

Mercury in Aries motivates us to be courageous with our words, thoughts, and inner speech, offering us powerful energy to work on our assertiveness and refine our ability to speak truthfully and authentically.

Mercury, dubbed ‘The Messenger of the Gods’ is the divine communicator, a channel between the mortal and immortal worlds. In mythology, Mercury was considered the Messenger of the Gods and could pass down insights and information from the heavens.

Mercury rules over our mind, third eye, thoughts, and communication style. It also governs over technology, travel, contracts, media, communications, and transport. At times, it can have a playful, trickster energy that can inspire intelligent wit.

During Mercury Retrograde, we want to be mindful of things like signing long-term contracts & making long-term commitments. Losing or misplacing things & miscommunications, like saying something we don’t really mean.

Technology mishaps & aspects of traveling, especially when it comes to logistics. Getting back with ex-partners & foggy, confusing, cluttered thinking, which could be the reason one considers getting back with ex- partners lol! 😝

Just simple little things can go a bit sideways especially with communications, like posting something on social media or sending an email we didn’t really think through.

While Mercury is moving through the underworld, it is a good time to slow down, go back over things, revisit the past, and pay attention to subconscious thoughts and programming. Mercury retrograde can be a healing and highly intuitive time when we use it this way.

Mercury Retrograde can also trigger our psychic abilities, guiding us to step away from the information in our seen world and instead rely on the information in the unseen world.

Our dreams may also become more prophetic at this time or give us deeper insights into our subconscious. Listen and trust our inner world and intuition.

Take this time to pay attention to the messages in our dreams. Reach out to old friends or business acquaintances & revisit projects we want to complete. Connect with how we really feel & reconnect with the things that are important to us.

Mercury Retrograde tends to have a negative reputation, but everything is neutral in astrology. It’s what we make of the energy and how we choose to use it.

In astrology, planets never stand alone, as they are part of a whole ecosystem. When looking at the planetary patterns and themes of the entire 2024 cycle, Venus and Chiron come into the mix.

All three 2024 Mercury retrogrades activate the Wounded Healer, so we can already predict that a deep and restoring energy will take place.
Chiron activations are painful and never easy, however, they will truly help us to make headway concerning themes of identity, individuality, and self-mastery.

The involvement of Venus means there will be changes in relationships. The connections that don’t make room for us to be ourselves will continue to end.

Creativity, being connected to the fire element and to Venus, also comes into play. All three Mercury retrogrades will consist of changing the way we give birth to things, as well as the way we express our unique gifts.

Trust the divine timing of the events in your life and connect with your own inner wisdom. After all, Mercury is the Messenger of the Gods, which means it is your own personal channel between yourself and the Divine.
