- ANNOUNCEMENT -

To all who have been following us, know that this last year has been truly amazing – to everything we have achieved to everything that you, the crowd have helped us achieve, we are seriously grateful.

This was a dream, a place for us to fortify and build a thirst for entertainment. The Red Dahlia bar Family just want to thank you all for the constant support throughout the year, but it is now time for us to close the curtain for the last time.

This is a decision that has been made out of both acceptance and thankfulness, we are not sad and we are not negative for the change, we have been and we have proven that comedy belongs in Rockhampton. What we, the family have achieved is beyond anything we ever thought possible and all we can leave you with is a thank you. In the coming future you will see our names about and you will start to notice change – we will not be laying down just packing up the space, so many beautiful places around Rockhampton that are begging for a night of entertainment, already prepared for 100’s of people and already prepared with cold beverages and a bar.

To all who have performed at our venue, thankyou so much for keeping our shows alive - thankyou for leaving a piece of you on the stage, we will never forget.

As sad and as sudden as this may seem, we are happy, we are grateful and we are so thankful but for now, we leave you with this goodbye... just know that there will be noise soon.

We love you, the RDB love you. Thankyou.
