Brisbane Valley Quail is Australia's best quail breeder and produces the world's largest table quail. It supplies some of the finest restaurants in the country, including TruFusion.

Quail is an expensive bird which needs to be handled delicately. We cook these in a tandoor, which along with our spices and marinates produces a delicacy worth trying.

We have two time slots available for Valentine’s Day on Wednesday 14/2.

Slot 1: 5pm to 7pm
Slot 2: 7pm to 9pm/closing

Slot 2 is very busy and almost full so kindly expect some waiting. We request our patrons to, if possible, aim for the 5pm to 7pm time slot for quick service.
