Extra virgin olive oil​​​​​​​​​

Prepare the dough:​​​​​​​​​
​​​​​​​​​
1. Pour lukewarm water into a large bowl and stir in the yeast until it dissolves.​​​​​​​​​
2. Mix in flour and salt. Stir with a ladle until the dough is mixed evenly.​​​​​​​​​
3. Cover with plastic wrap and leave to ferment at room temperature for 8-12 hours.​​​​​​​​​
4. Pour the dough on a floured table and divide it into 4 (normal-sized) or 8 (mini-pizzas) equal parts.​​​​​​​​​
5. Shape them into round buns.​​​​​​​​​
6. Grease a tray with olive oil. Put the buns on the tray and spread a little olive oil over each.​​​​​​​​​
7. Form the dough into round pizzas with your hands. Spread on a thin layer of tomato sauce, sprinkle with fresh basil and olive oil and pre-bake for about 4-5min. Then take out the pizza and add the cheese.​​​​​​​​​
8. Let the edges turn golden. Take out the pizza and top with Fig Royal Prosciutto, Mozzarella,​​​​​​​​​
Balsamic Vinegar and Arugula​​​​​​​​​
9. Enjoy with some red wine!​​​​​​​​​

1 whole Camembert cheese​​​​​​​​

1 pack of ready rolled puff pastry sheet​​​​​​​​
1 egg, beaten​​​​​​​​
Sliced Serrano Ham, Fresh Figs and Honey (optional)​​​​​​​​

Method:​​​​​​​​
​​​​​​​​
1. Cut puff pastry into a circle and place camembert in the middle. Brush St. Dalfour Fig Royale around the cheese then score the camembert. Cover with your leftover puff pastry, press around the camembert to seal it. Egg wash the top of the cheese.​​​​​​​​

2. Fold in the edges of the pastry, brush it with leftover egg wash, score once again and sprinkle with rosemary.​​​​​​​​

3. Bake in 350 F for 35 mins or till golden. Serve with extra Fig Royale fruit spread, serrano ham, fresh figs and honey if desired.​​​​​​​​

Ingredients​​​​​​​​
400 g White Chocolate​​​​​​​​
200 g Milk Chocolate​​​​​​​​
3 TSP Coconut Oil​​​​​​​​
3 TBSP St. Dalfour Raspberry Fruit Spread or Four Fruits Fruit Spread​​​​​​​​
Dried Cranberries​​​​​​​​
Freeze-Dried Blueberries or Raspberries​​​​​​​​
Pistachios, lightly crushed​​​​​​​​
​​​​​​​​
Instructions:​​​​​​​​
1. Melt the white chocolate in 20 second intervals in the microwave with 1 Β½ TSP. coconut oil. Repeat the process with the remaining coconut oil and milk chocolate. ​​​​​​​​
​​​​​​​​
2. Pour half of the melted white chocolate on a parchment lined plate or pan. Spread an even layer. Place in the freezer for 10 minutes. ​​​​​​​​
​​​​​​​​
3 Add all the melted milk chocolate on top, spreading evenly. Place in the fridge for 15 minutes, until solid. ​​​​​​​​
​​​​​​​​
4. Add the remaining melted white chocolate on top to cover the milk chocolate. ​​​​​​​​
​​​​​​​​
5. Using a small spoon, add the raspberry preserves. Gently stir the preserves into the top layer of the white chocolate. ​​​​​​​​
​​​​​​​​
6.Top with the dried cranberries, freeze-dried fruit, and crushed pistachios. ​​​​​​​​
​​​​​​​​
7. Place back in the fridge to chill for 15-20 minutes, until hardened. If needed, place in the freezer for 5-10 minutes to help make more even breaks. ​​​​​​​​
​​​​​​​​
8. Break the chocolate bark into bite-sized pieces. Give as gifts or enjoy yourself! Store in the fridge up to 1 week. ​​​​​​​​

*To prepare the dough, start by dissolving the yeast in a warm milk along with sugar. *​​​​​​​​

1. In a small bowl combine the yeast, lukewarm milk, and sugar together and set it aside until the yeast is activated and appears foamy (approximately 10 minutes).​​​​​​​​

2. Beat the eggs and add vanilla extract.​​​​​​​​

3. Sift the flour 3 times and add the salt, yeasted milk combination, and the beaten eggs and mix to combine.​​​​​​​​

4. Once combined add the butter, mix and knead for 10 to 15 minutes with a stand mixer or by hand until the dough does not stick to the bowl and has good elasticity.​​​​​​​​

5. Once the dough is ready- create a nice round ball and place it into a large clean greased bowl. Cover it with a plastic wrap, airtight, and let it rest in rest in the fridge overnight or for 3 hours minimum.​​​​​​​​
