Prepare the dough:βββββββββ

1. Pour lukewarm water into a large bowl and stir in the yeast until it dissolves.βββββββββ
2. Mix in flour and salt. Stir with a ladle until the dough is mixed evenly.βββββββββ
3. Cover with plastic wrap and leave to ferment at room temperature for 8-12 hours.βββββββββ
4. Pour the dough on a floured table and divide it into 4 (normal-sized) or 8 (mini-pizzas) equal parts.βββββββββ
5. Shape them into round buns.βββββββββ
6. Grease a tray with olive oil. Put the buns on the tray and spread a little olive oil over each.βββββββββ
7. Form the dough into round pizzas with your hands. Spread on a thin layer of tomato sauce, sprinkle with fresh basil and olive oil and pre-bake for about 4-5min. Then take out the pizza and add the cheese.βββββββββ
8. Let the edges turn golden. Take out the pizza and top with Fig Royal Prosciutto, Mozzarella,βββββββββ

1. Melt the white chocolate in 20 second intervals in the microwave with 1 Β½ TSP. coconut oil. Repeat the process with the remaining coconut oil and milk chocolate. ββββββββ

2. Pour half of the melted white chocolate on a parchment lined plate or pan. Spread an even layer. Place in the freezer for 10 minutes. ββββββββ

3 Add all the melted milk chocolate on top, spreading evenly. Place in the fridge for 15 minutes, until solid. ββββββββ

4. Add the remaining melted white chocolate on top to cover the milk chocolate. ββββββββ
