It’s been a busy 2 months, with the safe arrival of Ingrid & Jimmy’s daughter Eliza. We are all so smitten and loving adjusting to being a family of four.

It has also been busy down at our Tatura Hub. Some of you may have noticed the Balance sign has been moved down to shop one.
We are moving… AGAIN!

The demand has been so high that we have made the exciting decision to expand and make room for a Pilates studio. We will have Pilates classes on offer, with 6 reformers available.

In the next couple of months we will have more information available regarding re-opening date, opening times and timetables, so stay tuned.

We look forward to welcoming you to our new space but in the meantime, stay warm.

We are very excited to announce that Balance MNP will be opening at our new home on the 22nd of January 2024 in the IGA complex, Tatura.
Shop 4 2-10 Walshe St, Tatura.
We will no longer be operating out of multiple locations.
We will be open Monday, Tuesday & Thursday with the flexibility for out of hours & other weekdays, depending on availability.

Treating muscles, joints & nerves via different techniques such as massage, cupping & dry needling.

⭐️ Reformer Pilates
Rehabilitation & Core strengthening.
Tailoring sessions for beginners to advanced experience.
Also offering a “bring a friend” option, with 2 reformers available, enquire for more info on this option.

⭐️ hicaps will be available for myotherapy treatments for private health cover.

⭐️ Nutrition appointments will be available later in the year.

From this Tuesday the 27th of June, you can find me at Shepparton Sports & Spinal Physiotherapy, 33 Edwards st on Tuesdays & Thursdays.
I will still be treating at Finesse Osteo in Tatura on Mondays.
Currently, I have most of my provider numbers for Finesse Osteo & still waiting on my Edwards St provider numbers.
