Trav Gentle back in with his 2023 FL5 Honda Civic Type-R. This time to install hondata CANFlex sensor and a flex fuel 🌽 tune on the completely stock oem fuel system. We tuned it to a max of E30 and made some good gains of up to 28kw (38hp) over the 98⛽️ tune.

While visiting Sydney, I used the opportunity to tune Charlie Hirlakoglu 's honda crx . Really clean car with a stock original motor. D16A8 dohc non-vtec original motor with a header upgrade. It's not the most powerful motor in the world. But the goal was to keep the car original and extract some more power from it safely.. We chipped th OBD0 ecu and custom dyno tuned it. The first baseline pull on the dyno was 81hp, and then we managed to tune it 102hp.

Alex Musson brought in his Honda Civic Type-R FL5 for fuel system upgrade to go e85🌽. We supply and installed ful-race HPFP, Xtreme-Di 1400cc injectors, and DW300C LPFP. The last time we tuned the car, it made 252kw on 98⛽️. Retuning the car on e85, we were able to make gains of up to 60kw.

Matt Jefferies brought in his CL9 with realitively low k's (111kms) in for some custom dyno tuning on the stock ecu. Made some good power, but experienced air flow limitations in the high rpms above 5.5k rpm. The air flow limitation of the stock intake maniofld in the high rpms.. This is where an upgraded intake manifold would really helped it.

Julian Hampton brought in his Honda CRV k24z1. This motor only has vte on the inatke cam and comes with a single exhaust port on the head. Has a few bolton mods, which include the original plastic intake manifold replaced with a ported CL9 RBB intake manifold & throttlebody, and a muffler and CAT delete. We custom dyno tuned it on the stock ecu and managed to make up to 7kw(9hp) gain.

Customer previously got his FK8 reflashed somewhere else. Came in to us do a power run to get the car checked as he noticed the car did not feel right. Upon attempting to do a power run we had to abandon the run as the car was running super lean and detonating. Since we were retuning the car we also used this opportunity to install PRL HVI intake system and retuned the car using a Hondata Flashpro.

Bradbury Honda Accord Euro CL9 Stock K24A3 motor with bolton mods came in for a retune. Last time we tuned this car with the stock intake manifold it made 143kw(191hp). Customer installed 1000cc injectors, 50vtc and RRC intake manifold and came in for a retune. Retuned the car and made 8kw(11hp) gains in the midrange and 10kw(13hp) in the top end.
