I have been working in the fitness industry for over 20years and have extensive experience in both group exercise, personal training and gym management. I am full qualified, insured and registered with Fitness Australia as an Advanced fitness professional (rego # 027106). I have specialisations in exercise for Older adults, exercise with Parkinson’s and adults with disabilities.

More yummy food inspo. I had cauliflower I needed to use up so made this delicious keto veggie bake with brussel sprouts and I added zucchini.
I don’t follow a keto diet but do try to keep sugar to a minimum and keto recipes are often fantastic options.
It has been a minute so I thought I would share my breakfast this morning for some healthy breaky inspo.
Kale, carrot, beetroot and cabbage with bacon and eggs….. so yum.
My eating has been less consistent lately as I have started a new job and adjusting to new routines. I have noticed the change in my energy levels and a couple kg has crept back on so time to refocus on my health.

Here is a snippet of our first walk about 2 weeks after I had my appendix removed. Keyhole surgery is quite remarkable and allows for a much faster recovery. I am also so glad I had been focusing on my health, good nutrition and exercise as that definitely set me up for the best chance of a smooth recovery.

This class is suitable for all but especially anyone just starting or getting back into exercise and perfect for seniors. It incorporates cardiovascular exercise plus conditioning and core work. We mix it up each week. It is fully adaptable and you can work at your own pace.

I made pizza from scratch! I love to cook but have never made pizza dough from scratch before. I love the guided cooking recipes in my Thermomix. I am trying new recipes and have so much more variety in my diet now. I also love knowing all the ingredients in my food. I made the teriyaki chicken from scratch, will share that video soon!
