As many of you know, in Jan we welcomed our newest addition and here she is…Billie Francesca 💕.

Born at home with a fast 4.5hr labour and weighing 4.2kgs, an excited 3yo big sister at the side. We're now 15 weeks in and loving this special time in our lives.

My partner Madeleine and I studied Optimal Maternal Positioning to prepare ourselves for an easier labour after a 28 hour first birth. We implemented the protocols each night creating balance and alignment within the pelvis and uterus and noticed a huge difference.

I utilise similar concepts in my pregnancy treatments. Tight pelvic, uterine and sacral ligaments can tilt the uterus, restrict space and prevent pelvic bones from moving optimally in pregnancy & labour. All of my treatments offer a blend of relaxation & remedial techniques to promote overall well-being.

We have made the difficult decision to take a break from our Rosalie location for now. We'd like to thank our loyal clients who have enjoyed treatments with Matt at Flow State, Rosalie. We hope to re-open in Paddington/Rosalie in the near future. For now Matt will be operating as normal in our spacious clinic in Springfield every Tuesday! 🌿
